I’ve attached some links for the bento boxes that I bought from Amazon for my various Bento Box Lunch Ideas. These are the ones I really love the best, that wash easy in the dishwasher, and work well for our daily lunches! As I am an Amazon Affiliate, I may receive a small commission on qualifying purchases, at no cost to you. Thank you in advance for clinking on any of my links, which helps support the blog.
I am only recommending bento boxes that I bought and actually use in my bento box lunch ideas! You can see them in my pics! I will post a review on bento boxes soon too, as I have bought many and returned the ones that just didn’t work! I have done the legwork! If you haven’t realized by now, I don’t mind experimenting.
With Easter coming, I knew I wanted to start some Spring Bento Box Lunch Ideas that I could carry into Easter, and then continue after as well. Spring is still springing after all! First things first, I had to get to Amazon and find some fun shapes for my spring sandwiches! I am loving the ones I got, check out all the fun sandwiches I made so far!
Grab your bread, deli meat, or peanut butter/jelly – your “Sandwich filling”, and let’s get started!
Growing up I was never a fan of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. The bread always got soggy, and I hated that. Frankly, I was a bologna girl! LOL What can I say, I like my meat! My girl is the same way, she doesn’t care for PB&J, she’s a deli meat girl too!
Normally she will only eat ham, but lately I’ve been branching out with my “lunch experiments” and she is now loving bologna, and this rotisserie chicken breast I got from Target. It is quite yummy! I even got her eating wheat bread and the CRUST! WHAT???!!!!
TIP: I only use one piece of deli meat for these types of sandwiches – too much seems to cause it to be too “thick” and it can “bust out of the seams”!
I know how hard school can be, so that little dose of love in the middle of the day reminds her how much mommy loves her.
This was super fast and easy to do as well! I am always rushing and I still take time to put the extra effort into her lunch! It is really not that much work with these easy tools!
I used the mini cutters to make fruit and vegetable shaped fun cutout shapes for Spring and Easter Bento Boxes and just for lunch at home! It was a fun way to snack on the weekend and it really is fast to do, so why not?! 🙂
I have firmly proven that these Bento Box Lunch Ideas for kids can be done in less than 5 minutes every day. Some days I spend 15 minutes, and that’s when it is a big deal themed lunch, and because I stop to take pictures and videos! This is why sometimes you’ll see some really great pictures, and some days you’ll see some “rushed” pictures! I am human, I am a mom, I am a real working woman! Believe me, time is always of the essence for me, so apologies for the dark and shadowy pics in advance – just know I am still thinking of you even when I am rushing, so that dark picture is all for YOU!
I found these great little mini brioche bread loafs that are individually wrapped, they are amazing! If I have some French bread I will use that too when I’m in a rushing pinch. Throw some ham on a roll and add some snacks from the grab list and in 5 minutes or LESS, you’ve got a lovely delicious lunch!
I hope you enjoyed seeing some ideas for creating a fun bento box lunch ideas for your kids! My daughter really appreciates the effort I make and she loves to look forward to her lunch to see what I make that day! When I pick her up from school, the first thing she says when she gets in the car is, “Hi, Mom, I loved my lunch! I ate it all!” That makes me SO Happy! Major Mom Win Moment! 🙂
Save & share!
Until next time…
Keep smiling, improve every day, and build a life you love!
